Referrals & Community

One of the things that has been laid upon my heart over the course of our wellness journey has been to share about solid, like-minded, excellent, trust-worthy, and full of integrity practitioners within our area. It takes time to gather and connect with people, but I regularly have people reaching out asking where I go for eye care, or a PCP, or a naturopath, or a dentist, or you fill in the blank.

In all honesty, the past 3 years has only heightened people’s desire to find healthcare that advocates for root cause protocols, whole body health and a leaning into thriving vs. just surviving.

Yesterday I went to an integrative PCP that I would highly recommend and an outstanding PT that I would send any and all of my friends to. I ask other people in the industry that I trust and respect where they’d recommend and then I check out the practitioner myself. This really is part of the weeding out, figuring out and advocating for your best health. You are in charge of it…no one else is. It’s not an overnight collecting of names and referrals, but truly has been years worth of me doing my own research…and listening to my gut instincts. I have left offices and clinics that I went to for years because sometimes you just “know” it’s time to go. I think a world turned upside down really helped me separate the wheat from the chaff in so many areas of my life…and the healthcare industry (and my family’s health) was no exception.

So, whether you’re just new into whole health and wellness or you’ve been advocating for holistic healthcare for years, my biggest encouragement to you is to put in the time and the effort to take care of the body you‘ve been given. If we have time to scroll social media every day or wait in line at the local coffee joint, then we have time to invest in finding practitioners that want the very best for us…and will listen to us when we share how we’re feeling. Can I just remind you that you know your body better than anyone else…and I mean a.n.y.o.n.e. e.l.s.e.!!!

Feel free to reach out if you want recommendations or suggestions…I will do my best to point you in the direction of those that are for you and not simply driven by the money.

Cheering you on,

Noelle
